ACCEPT Parent Package
Grounded in the A.C.C.E.P.T. modality of neurodiversity-affirming care, this package offers structured, individualized support to parents of newly diagnosed children ages six and up.
This three-part package based on Pillar One: Understanding Your Child’s Neurodivergent Operating System, Pillar Two: Cross-Neurotype Communication Tools for You and Your Child, and Pillar Three: Navigating Systems and Accessing Resources will help parents and guardians of a neurodivergent child:
Understand your child’s neurodivergence
Support your child’s sensory, social, and learning needs
Build a communication tool box for both you and your child
Grow more confident in your abilities to be the parent you child needs and in your child’s ability to navigate a world that doesn’t always understand them
Navigate school, government, health, and mental health systems and resources
