Assessment and Diagnosis Services:
The ABILITY Program (Adaptive, Behavioural, Intellectual & Developmental Disability, Integrated Tertiary care for Youth & Children) is a program within the Division of Paediatric Medicine at SickKids which functions in collaboration with the Department of Psychiatry, and in partnership with Surrey Place to assess and treat neurodevelopmental conditions such as ASD

Children and Youth

Community health-care providers can refer patients to SickKids outpatient clinics using a secure web portal called EpicCare Link via the  electronic Children Health Network (eCHN). Ask your healthcare provider to see the referral process on the website: https://www.sickkids.ca/en/care-services/for-health-care-providers/refer-patient.
