My Story
I am a Registered Social Worker and Accredited Music Therapist specializing in supporting neurodivergent individuals (18+) in emotional, social, cognitive, sensory, academic, and relational areas. Trauma-informed with lived experience, I use creative, structured approaches tailored to your individual circumstances, grounded in empathy and unconditional positive regard.
About Me
As a Registered Social Worker and Accredited Music Therapist, I will work with you to harness your individual expressiveness and align it with your vision for positive change. With years of experience, I have developed a philosophy that blends the emotional and cognitive aspects of social work with the creative and therapeutic elements of music therapy.
I am dedicated to helping individuals overcome the sense of merely “getting by” or being in “survival mode.” If you are frustrated by under-achieving or simply lack a sense of fulfillment, we will work together to identify practical solutions and address deeper challenges that keep you from thriving and living a more fulfilling life. If you are neurodivergent, you will benefit from this holistic approach, whether you were diagnosed early in life, or are exploring your new-found neurodivergence. If you enjoy music, we can bring that into the work we do together.
I am passionate about continuous learning and integrating diverse therapeutic modalities into my approach. Some of the key approaches I incorporate include:
- Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
- Mindfulness
- Crisis Intervention Skills
- Trauma-Informed Approaches
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Client-Centered Therapy
- Solution Focused Therapy (SFT)
I adapt these methods to meet the needs of each individual, ensuring that you have a uniquely tailored and supportive therapeutic process. Collaboration is at the heart of my work. I strive to create an environment where you feel valued and understood as we navigate your personal goals and challenges together.

Book a Free Consultation
Before connecting you with Rebecca, we would like to invite you for a free twenty-minute consultation with our Client Care Coordinator.
The consultation is not a therapy session. It’s a chance for you to ask any questions you may have about us and for us to make sure you are in the best possible hands.
Therapy is all about the right fit. We are sure you’ll find the right fit with us, where neurodivergence is normal.
