I am a psychotherapist who works with neurodivergent adults and youth, navigating a world that often wasn’t built for people like us in mind. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in behavioural neuroscience research and crisis care. I now bring that background into my work with clients as we make space for complexity, contradiction, grief, joy, and growth.
As a Psychotherapist
I offer therapy that is collaborative, affirming therapy adapted to each client’s unique needs. My work draws from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, and somatic awareness, grounded in trauma-informed and anti-oppressive frameworks. I support clients in untangling their internalized narratives, reducing masking, and learning new ways of relating to themselves and to others.
I also facilitate some of the ACCEPT groups, where we build spaces for neurodivergent youth and adults to learn, connect, and feel less alone.
I serve these communities

Now Offering: Understanding Your Neurodivergent Operating System Discovery Package
Have you ever wondered if you might be autistic? Or wished you could explore your experiences and neurotype without pursuing a formal diagnostic assessment? I now offer an opportunity to explore your neurotype using a variety of instruments, including the MIGDAS-2, AQ, CAT-Q, RAADS-R, DASS-21, and SCQ. This is a non-diagnostic, neuroaffirming exploration designed to help you better understand your neurotype and lived experience. It does not provide a formal autism diagnosis or diagnostic report. I’d love to talk with you about my new “Understanding Your Neurodivergent Operating System Discovery Package”.
