My Story

As a neurodivergent MSW student in practicum, I draw from my education and lived experience to bring empathy, curiosity, and openness to my work. I offer affirming, client-centered care, and am passionate about learning and growing alongside the neurodivergent individuals I support.

About Meghan

Before pursuing social work, I earned my B.S. in Public Health and built a strong foundation in customer service. Through these roles, I discovered how much I value human connection—the small moments of listening, problem-solving, and care that help people feel supported. That value guides me now as I step into the role of clinician-in-training.

I am based near Seattle, WA, and I look forward to expanding my work into virtual care so I can meet clients where they are, both physically and on their life journey. My professional interests include neurodiversity-affirming care, mental health across the lifespan, and the intersection of public health and social work.

As I grow in this field, I bring with me not just education and training, but also a willingness to learn and adapt. Each client has their own story, and I see therapy as a collaborative journey—one where your strengths and perspectives guide the work we do together. My goal is to support individuals in finding greater self-understanding, resilience, and confidence as they navigate their unique paths.

Whether you are seeking support for the first time or continuing a journey already begun, I am honored to walk alongside you in this process.
